Completed my first home purchases recently thanks to Daniel and Nikki! When I decided to settle down in Langley, the idea of buying a home was still scary. Trying to find a place in Greater Vancouver Area is quite a headache given the changing market and rising price tag. The challenge multiplied when I didn’t know almost anything related to real estate. Daniel and Nikki explained all the details and technical terms like “subjects”, “strata bylaw”, and gave great tips on what to watch out for when looking at a home to better protect me as the potentially new owner. I was searching for a home with very specific criteria – need to be able to park a truck, no uneven ground or bump into the garage, have workshop space inside garage, away from road noise, etc. The size of most townhouses’s garage and front apron is depressing. Honestly I almost gave up after seeing endless tiny garage townhouses… Since these criteria can’t be auto-filtered online, they helped me find and sort through countless listing manually and arranged viewings (while being cognizant of my time) to make sure they fit. When I finally found a unit I like, their strategy for placing offer and bidding is something I’ve never seen – works like magic! With over a decade of residential, commercial, and industrial real estate experience, they sure accumulated some solid experience to develop this tactic. Their transition with mortgage broker and lawyer was seamless. The things I had to do was reduced to bare minimum and I couldn’t be more thankful. I’m a very busy person and don’t always have access to my phone or reception. Having them help(babysit) me thru the process is what made it possible – have my home and still had a life throughout the buying process. If you’re looking to buy and sell property, Daniel and Nikki got the experience you need, be it residential, commercial, or industrial!
